If you had to choose one. Food for thought.
Look healthy - 6 pack, full head of hair, women are attracted to you, etc. But you feel like shit all the time and you also aren't healthy.
Be healthy - you may look and feel like shit, but you're objectively healthy with no real medical problems. Been tested up the wazoo and yet you're healthy.
Feel healthy - you have some insidious disease and look like shit, but you're still able and functional and can run 10 miles every day.
Next up is actually being healthy, but what good is being healthy if you feel like shit? you're either a hypochondriac, or undiagnosed. Either way, it's a low condition of life.
I thought the same, question doesn’t make sense.
If one could Be healthy, one could then achieve the other two through hard work.
I'm the same way....and the hardest thing is that I know it, and I still cant help it
Be well, be safe, be happy.
Therapy helps.

We love ya pal!
I try to stay in the moment as much as possible.
Be well, be safe, be happy.
This is the truth. Health, both physical and emotional (if you wish to dichotomize that) is the key. When it is lacking nothing else matters in life
I watched 2 (including my brother) go through absolute hell with chemotherapy, but luckily they made it through and are healthy now.
The other (my coworker) not as fortunate. Major medical emergency this summer was found to be cancer. She was dead by January.
The answer is definitely be healthy.
If I'm healthy why do I feel awful? This question doesn't really work. You're really only asking someone if they want to be ugly and live or look good and die.

why do you feel like shit (and look like shit), generally those things are kind of linked.

I would argue though if you're healthy and you feel like shit you're not healthy. Maybe it's mental health but I believe mental health can and often does lead to physical maladies (or worse).
So, I think option B is an impossible scenario (my opinion).
The temporary health can change, the way you look and feel can change...the life threatening not so much!
Had an old Italian guy once tell me:
"Da tree mosta importanta tings isa you God, you family anda you helt; the rest isa all bullsheet."
He was right.

Anxiety/depression/fibromyalgia/idiopathic reasons...
If you rest, you rust. So I choose healthy, feel healthy, look healthy.

Thirded. When I go for a spell without having a drink, I eat better, sleep better, never miss a workout and am more productive. When I break the chain I have a much more difficult timeresuming that healthy routine and then start to feel, not bad, nut not as good.
One is not necessarily independent of the other.
Make it two mill and I'll take it!
