Right. Plus, MarShawn Lloyd is a decent RB prospect and Calen Bullock is a very good safety prospect.

Getting an up close and personal with the presumptive #1 is a nice add on

Rice.

That would be quite the stretch I would say.
If he is half the player his old man was, you would have something there. I recall when his old man was coming out, people questioned his speed (besides small school), and then you kept watching the games...and when he was in the open field, people were not catching him from behind, and I use to laugh. That's when I would say, A) he has enough speed, and B) must be something to this 'football speed'.

Is probably the draw. He would be a nice get in round 4.

Maybe he’s there to compare Williams, in person, with another QB he has his eye on. Doesn’t mean he has any intention to move up to number 1.

They have no QB right now. There is zero chance they move off of pick 1 and miss selecting the QB they want. It could be because of what happened in 2018. Sam Darnold another USC QB was a lock to go #1 all year, through the combine, all the way up to 2 days before the draft. It is funny that Sam Darnold also had major fumbling issues in college. So you have to do scout all 6 top QBs because as much as you think you know... Sam Darnold got picked 3rd in 2018.

Caleb to be clear is a million times better than Sam Darnold. I wanted nothing to do with Sam Darnold when he came out because I had watched him a ton. Caleb on the other hand is still QB1 for me and I have seen him to many times. The Fumble issue and holding the ball to long are issues though.

Think it is important that Daboll interacts with these potential QB draftees.

sons of legends/very good players in this draft? I know in any give year there's always a few. Off the top of my head this year you've got Harrison Jr., Rice, Gore, Trotter Jr., Jenkins.

Teams have done that in the past when they know. Whether that's a smart approach is debatable.

The fact that the Bears are not saying that means they're still going to take calls on Draft day -- even if they're 99.9% certain they're going to draft Williams.

I agree... My biggest question about him was going to be his height. USC had him at 6'1 which can sometimes mean he is 5'11. Measuring in at over 6'1 USC did him dirty. They should of had him at 6'3! I wish Chicago had their QB and we were able to move up for him. Next up March 27th for Daniels weigh in! Is it wrong that I hope he weighs in at like 190 so he drops to us?

I saw CW play in high school and thought he was easily 6'. So, him checking is 6'+ didn't surprise.

However, when you see him in shorts, it's amazing how thick he is in his lower half. He's very sturdy and he's got long arms. His body has really developed since high school.

I can't really tell because it almost looks like that is a hoodie when I zoom in and it gets blurry. It would make sense though as he was there, in a white dress shirt with glasses.

I agree he looks strong. It is going to be a contrast look to Daniels who will look thin, but I think JD will throw a little better than Caleb did today. Daniels throws such a nice ball.
