With Cowden and Bowen on board, does anyone think Schoen will have the balls to bail on Daboll if they have another mediocre or poor season and bring in Vrabel? I don’t think Daboll is a bad coach, but Vrabel is a top 5 head coach on the league and we might be set up to land him. Will be interesting to follow over the next year.
Mara is nostalgic to a fault so that wouldn't surprise me, but that would be an awful awful hire. 73 years old and the game passed him by years ago.

Besides the fact Belichick is 73, he was god awful the last 4 or 5 years. Beyond terrible. Vrabel would be the clear choice over BB.
I am good with Daboll (for now) but if he does not show better than I would welcome a HC who want a top D (with a elite front) and a offense built off a strong run game with the RB's. That seems to be Vrabel's vision imv.
