I know about this program and respect giving more money to lower drafted players who outperform their contracts but are these bonuses now added the Giants cap next year?

And O’Cyrus Torrence had a lot of fans on this site pre-draft.

These are totally separate from the cap I believe:

"The NFL announced its performance-based pay distributions for the 2023 season. There's a $12.3M pool per team. These payments don't count toward the cap and generally benefit players with the lowest salaries and highest playing time."

That's from Duggan on the same thing. It sounds like this was something the NFLPA had built in to the last agreement so that players could get rewarded without teams trying to get out of these incentives just because of the cap.

Good for Pinnock ($817K) and Bredeson ($764K)

Good for them.
Performance based seems like

a bit of a misnomer. Should be more like snap-count based bonuses.
Casual observation: Most of the players on that list are products...

...of their 2023 teams' astute drafting and UDFA recruitment. The two Giants were castoffs added on August 31st to bolster an awful roster - Bredeson in a 2021 pick swap with Baltimore, and Pinnock off the waiver wire from the Jets in 2022. Both worthwhile additions - especially Pinnock - but also a reflection of how desperate the Giants have been entering recent seasons.
