I think the hype is all media driven

But I will not be shocked if we find out that Daniels isn't as high on team's boards as he is in the media view of him and he slips some.

there's a lot of recent hype for the guy, but don't forget:

* he spent 3 years as a starter at ASU with nowhere near the production his senior year

* a lot of his production came with NFL-level WRs

* he's skinny

* he always looks for the home-run play and takes massive hits

I'm not a scout and I don't even watch that much college ball, and I have no idea how he's going to translate into the NFL, but there is a chance he falls further than people expect.

Major injury concerns for Latu and was even forced to medically retire at one point.

Cooper DeJean. Elephant in the room here, but what GM is going to stick his neck out in round 1 for a white CB with questionable boundary coverage projections? If Brian Branch is a second round pick, then DeJean could easily be a late 2nd or even third.
