Fix the offensive line first!
1. Williams (CHI)
2. Maye (WASH)
3. Daniels (NE)
4. MHJ (AZ)
5. Alt (LAC)
He also noted that he attempted to trade back into first for Nix (23. to MN) or Penix (28 to LV after trade with BUFF) but was unsuccessful in this mock.

Flip Maye and Daniels and this top 5 was my prediction 2 weeks ago. I then had a "?" at what the Giants will do at pick 6. Never sold on the JJ love that some of the beats are selling.

I'm the opposite, I'd love JJM on the Giants. Has some things to be worked on for sure (more touch on some passes being the biggest one), but I think he'd be great for Daboll's offense.
I’d love Orhorhoro, I just don’t see him dropping to 47. I’d also be a little disappointed if no OL were taken.
Comments like these crack me up. How do you that is an awful draft. What if several of those players end up being major contributors/Pro Bowlers?
maybe but it is the LEAST move the needle draft we could have..

well thought out. And he's paying attention to the visits.

Why? Because no QB?

Says who?? Says me, that is a bleh draft. Any argument otherwise is just you saying you like those choices. Moving the needle has nothing to do with production as NOBODY will know that until later on...

"that is a bleh draft" I'm not even saying I like those picks. I'm saying, how do YOU know that is a bleh draft. Answer: you don't. Don't be dumb.
If we all can’t comment on the draft for several years to see who turns out good and bad, WTF is this site for?
I’d be surprised if no OL were taken, but this draft would fill a lot of holes.
It's more than that. We don't have a true 3-technique on the roster.
Outside of that, Nabers is a great consolation prize.
I have to admit...a developmental QB in the mid rounds would be nice and it is a little disappointing that there isn't one here.

Ok.. I'll bite. Where do you get the idea Nabers struggles against press coverage? He hasn't entered the NFL yet. In college he was open 100% of the time. Moreso than Odunza.
And Odunze is a terrible fit for the Giants, since the starting QB we presently have has never shown the ability to throw into contested catch situations and can't throw a fade.

more so If he replaced the first round with Rome.
👍
My thoughts as well. This is a solid draft.

If Penix makes it to the 28th pick, the Giants need to be the team that strikes a deal with Buffalo (who are without a 3rd round pick).
That's a good point. 28 is a logical trade spot especially considering Schoen and Beane's relationship. Would be a big drop for Buffalo though.
