He admits his hardline a few days ago was due to Fred Goldman shitting on Simpson the day of his death, which ruffled this lawyers feathers. Point taken - Goldman was never a shrinking violet with his opinions, and probably rightly so . . .
Wonder how much the estate is worth, and what exactly the families will get? I would not expect a windfall.
the executor said he was pissed at Fred Goldman’s attorneys, not Fred himself
I don’ think anyone in their right mind would begrudge Fred’s feelings on the matter. What a nightmare he and his family have had to live
So the problem is with Fred Goldman's lawyers, seriously advocating for their client? Keep in mind they have a massive judgment, OJ has weaseled out of paying it for decades, and the attorney (who was most likely helping him continue to weasel out of it) has indicated he would do the same.

Nobody said the guy was right, it took him about 48 hours to admit it himself. just that a different article said he was reacting to the lawyers, not Goldman himself

I thought I read he back-owed $114 million to Brown & Goldman families.

That's what Goldman's attorney has said - the original judgement, with very nominal payments to reduce the amount, plus 10% annual post-judgement interest.
OJ made the bulk of his money in the 70's and early 80's. He hasn't made anything for 30 years due to the murder and spent 9 years in prison. Before this he lived the life of Sammy davis Jr partying with the rat pack and golfing with presidents and billionaires not to mention how much he spent on Attorneys. He's scum but probably doesn't have much left

Yes, other than his NFL pension, he couldn’t have had much income coming his way. If I’m the Goldman’s/Brown’s, I wouldn’t be gett8g my hopes up, although him being gone has to provide some solace.

Im sure he made plenty of money doing Hertz commercials, being a paid NFL broadcaster/commenter, and then costarring in the naked gun movies, all which happened up to when he committed the murders.
He seemed pleased with himself and even said when OJ was sentenced for the Vegas Robberies that him taking the If I did it book and proceeds from OJ helped drive OJ to do what he did in Vegas and get himself thrown in Jail. All fine and good but Goldman is lucky that he didn't drive OJ to kill somebody else because if he is going to take that kind of credit, would he have taken the blame for getting another human being killed?

I remember the original settlement figure in the late '90s was around $30-35 million. I hadn't considered the interest charges.
I'd fight him to my final breath too, and if there is an afterlife, to the end of all things. If this was your daughter, wouldn't you.
Absolutely.
I saw a tweet that said numerous friends and family members had to sign NDAs to be with him in his final day(s). I think after all is said and done, there's absolutely zero doubt he knew what happened that night.....whether he did it himself, watched someone else do it, hired others to do it , etc.
So much circumstantial evidence that night, domestic violence incidents before, odd reaction to hearing about the murders, the Bronco chase, suicide note, the book, the arrogance, etc. He might not have done the stabbing, but at this point what's the difference?
If he was covering up for his son this entire time, well then, that's only partially better but not enough. Didn't seem all that hurt by it or sad.
If you can rub Dave Chappelle the wrong way enough to think you did it, you're hopeless.

If someone murdered me & the day said murderer died, I'd hope my old man would react like Fred too.
Seriously.

Son for Fred, daughter for the Browns.

They won a ruling on that almost 20 years ago.
That’s not a very big net worth, but still more than I would haves guess he had at this point

I hope the families get some of this money.
