Note: Robinson, Melton, and Johnson all visited on Thursday, April 4th- the same date as the Giants local pro day. Were their visits Top 30 or local? Currently I am including them as the list grows toward 30.
Team visits are held with players for 3 reasons:
1. To further review medical questions.
2. To further confirm a strong interest in drafting a player
3. To eliminate a player from the Giants draft board
Draft decisions will change from year to year, but its worth noting that of the Giants 30 visits last year, 4 of those players were then drafted by the Giants (Banks, JMS, Hyatt, and Hawkins).
Worth noting that the NFL supplies all 32 teams with the complete list of each other teams Top 30 visits. Local writers usually provide fans with a solid list of their teams Top 30, though not official.

Two more QBs to add to the 30 visit list. Giants met with them at Senior Bowl, too.
Can spin this multiple ways.
Either further adding to the misdirection/smokescreen, realization that plan A and plan B are not happening, OR QB on day 2 has always been the plan and they wanted to sneak these visits in at the end to help hide their interest.
One other note - they clustered the day 1 WR’s together on the same day. Are they doing the same with day 2 QB’s? Wonder if Penix visit is this week too?
Wouldn't put too much stock into when the visits took place. Most likely just dates that lined up for both the Giants & the player due to our FO being on the road, players Pro-Day, workouts, off field meetings, personal stuff
If you use 20% of your visits for one position, it's a strong indication that the front office regards that as a need, lol
Remember when some folks were insisting the Giants weren't interested in QB? 20% of your visits for one position screams otherwise.
Maybe they have no questions about him. maybe they see taking a TE high in the first round is not a good idea.
20% 📈
Not many other 1st rounders in the group so leads me to believe a trade back isn’t that likely unless they are looking at a pass rusher. That would be a big red flag considering they have 2 starters they invested a lot in. I know you can’t have enough pass rushers but to draft a backup/part timer is rough.
CB seems 2nd or 3rd round.
My guess is still WR in 1st, Nix/Pennix in 2nd or a CB. 3rd round hopefully Benson is available.
They didn't have Gray in last year on a 30 visit, and they also only did one last year. Might just be a product of how they value the position more generally.

Solid Day 3 option
With all the holes on this team, it is very possible they just concluded there is little likelihood that they would spend a first round pick on a TE.
Having said that, I am sure they scouted him and if they traded down and presented value, they would have no problem selecting him.
He spent time being worked out and later meeting with Tim Kelly, the Giants new TE coach.
