Glazer had an appearance on an LA radio station (Linked it below if anybody wants to listen for stuff I missed) here are some of the things he said about the draft
The Vikings or Broncos could still trade up for JJ McCarthy at 5, if they are unsure whether the Giants will draft him. In not, he falls to the Giants at 6. Then what do the Giants do is a big question.
There is no "momentum"... the Pats know what they want.

Yes they know. I was speaking to the reports from draft pundits.
If you need a rock solid, natural right tackle, he's the guy.
If NYG somehow misses out on Maye, I just can't rationalize picking a tackle no matter what the grade. Not when they spent on 5 OL in FA, brought in a whole new OL coach that seems to have a much better resume than Bobby.
At some point you gotta believe you have allocated enough resources to a position and focus on another.
How can they pass up on the blue chip pass catcher when they have no WR1 to speak of and Waller is probably retiring.
Would make no sense to me at all.

Yeah, this perceived momentum smells like NE driving the price up as much as they can to me.
bama has had a lot of high OL busts. saban got so many athletic monsters and coached them up so well i think it's hard to evaluate them translating into the pros.
I think perhaps understanding the responses , at least mine, which basically took the joke further since it seems to be an Alabama problem period, would help smooth shit over..
Anywho.. Neal is bad, Leatherwood is bad, Robinson was average... no thanks Bama linemen..

the Patriots draft Maye, then JJM should be available at #6.
Chicago: Williams.
Washington: Daniels.
New England: Maye.
Arizona: MHJ.
San Diego: Alt/Latham.
New York will then either take JJM, which is what I would do, or trade the pick for a haul. The only "wild card" is Minnesota, which might trade #11, #23, and then some to move up to #5 for JJM.

Very unlikely Harbaugh trades his Godson to division rivals

I mentioned that Minnesota might trade with LAC. I also don't think the Chargers would trade with Denver, especially in this case because they would be handing them a QB.

True, but the Vikings are more logical in any case with their two #1s.
That the Pats like Maye a lot. If they did there wouldn't be so much talk about them trading down. I think it's more of the Pats letting the Giants know they need to up the offer or they will take him.

Glazer is always correct. I just hope it isn’t JJ even at 6. No thank you
He didn't say they were gonna take him. He said they like him. They could like JJM more. They'd be dumb not to like him, but liking him and taking him is two different things.

Harbaugh is guaranteed to get whatever WR he wants if he trades with the Giants. I'd be surprised if he passes on Nabers or Odunze, I don't think he's taking Alt there.

The FO guys like him. But JJM is Krafts guy, IMO. That’s my guess.
But today he was saying that there’s a ton of teams that have Nabers over Harrison. He says he wouldn’t be shocked if Arizona took him over Harrison Jr. He also stated that he has Odunze a distant third in the WR rankings (doesn’t have take the top of speed). More and more I’m thinking Harrison Jr. is a real possibility.
At some point, it’s not a coincidence. These guys are coming out of the Alabama program maxed out. What works in the SEC doesn’t translate. It’s also interesting that the 2 best recent OL from Bama’s program (Kelly, Jonah Williams) were seen as the least physically imposing of the group coming out of college.
I haven’t watched any Latham, but based on him fitting the Oversized Bama Bust prototype I’d avoid him like the plague.
He said the Giants have done a lot of work on McCarthy. Lombardi said today McCarthy will do what the coaches tell him to do and players love playing for him.
I'm thinking of something Joey said, "not another dead fish at QB" - I think NYG is due for a fiery leader at the position.

Williams, Daniels, and Maye will go 1,2,3 with Maye going to NE and everyone will finally realize that we never had a shot at any of them and that all of this discussion about them was largely a waste of time from a Giants perspective. Who knows, maybe I'm wrong.

That, and we'll be discussing all the hype built up about JJ McCarthy.

There is no "momentum"... the Pats know what they want.
I suspect Giants and Pats know what each other wants. Also, we truly have no idea if they are even negotiating with us or anyone for the #3 pick..
Everything is speculation right now.

Umm, actually no. Alex Leatherwood was also quite bad.

I got that, I was adding more to the issue, in fact it was previous Alabama Oline fails that had me leery of Neal to begin with..
People are wound up way too tight.
Have a drink some of y’all.
I have a feeling NYG is taking McCarthy.

I read Glazer's comment of 'no consensus on WR 1-3' that teams have the three WRs evenly ranked.
A lot more than Evan Neal. Saban era Alabama OL in general - besides Ryan Kelley - have underperformed.
Warmack, Leatherwood, Wills, Neal, Carpenter, Fluker, Jonah Williams.

DJ Fluker. Jonah Williams. Evan Neal. I’m sure I’m missing some. It’s a long list
