A lot of clickbait comments like this it seems. I take his opinion with the same grain of salt as when he promised a decided schematic advantage as a coach.
Nobody thought Brady was an NFL QB when he was drafted..
Yeah, but why keep that in mind? do you think Weis means Nix is like pre-draft Brady and likely not an NFL QB? We know what Brady is now, so I don't see how this is relevant.

Because a lot of other folks don't think Nix is but maybe Weiss sees something they don't, something others didn't see in Brady when he was coming out either..
in that Schmeelk/Papa show, WalterFootball came on and said:
1. Williams
2. Daniels
3. Pats take Maye
4. Vikes trade up for McCarthy
5. Chargers Harrison or Alt
6. Nabers (he actually thinks Giants prefer Nabers over Harrison)

The Atletic had some NFL coaches on a panel the other day and they liked Nabers over Harrison too.
1. Giants need to come out of this draft with a game breaker; the player that defenses are forced to focus their game plan around.
My take - Brady was the GOAT, yes, but his superior go-to was Rob Gronkowski (even when they both ended up with the Bucs). This year's version is Brock Bowers
2. This year's Tom Brady is Bo Nix - Accurate, smart, quick thinking and just clever enough to evade most tacklers.
Charlie Weis. One "s" not two. Why is it so difficult for so many people to spell this man's name correctly? He's been in the football public eye for over 30 years.
Regardless I'll go out on a limb and say a few years from now Charlie is going to look like he's back coaching Kansas with that comparison.
All I know is that Nix seems to be the odd man out in every QB
discussion. I don't know why. I think he may actually be underrated right now. I see no reason he doesn't have as much of a chance to be "great" as the other 5

who works in theater that she looked like Natalie Portman. I mean she kind of does but probably not enough to get casting directors to knock down her door

It was very big of you to correct us on such an important matter.
Charlie asked what was the difference between McCarthy & Nix? Obviously he didn’t think there was any. Charlie is pretty mediocre . He hung around Parcells , Belickick and the greatest QB of all-time until Patrick eclipses him.
I don’t think he’s wrong there…
So, he thinks Nix is like Brady but he has Daniels as his #1. Obviously, he’s not that much like Brady.

And his time in Kansas.

I don't even care at this point who it is.
Wow, would you be in favor of the Giants drafting the next JaMarcus Russell, Ryan Leaf, Justin Fields, Johnny Manzell?
No, just like I wouldn't want them to draft the next DJ.

Like Tom Brady.
Future Hall of Famer.
What next? lol
At least Weiss doesn't hold back on the hyberbole.
