NFT: What are you eating this week(end)?

Bill in UT : 4/25/2024 11:52 pm
Round 1 is pretty much in the books. I hope none of my followers have killed themselves over the outcone. Friday, I'm probably having my last ever lamb breast. Trying an air fryer crispy potato with it. Saturday is a favorite, lamb shank osso bucco. It's a Kelsey Nixon recipe and I'm making the cheesy gnudi side in the recipe for the first time. Wednesday, with the temps now in the 90's, I'm switching from my soup of the week to my cold dinner of the week. I'll be starting with a chicken caesar salad.
What are you all up to?

more than ok with Nabers. I wanted Odunze personally but what matters is WR1 has finally been addressed. Now onto the theme of the thread

Today started with oatmeal. Bug shock huh? Lunch is ravioli (supermarket frozen ravioli not fresh. Not that adventurous. Tonight is the halal food I was supposed to get last week but changed my mind.

Tomorrow after my normal shopping I venture to my favorite fish market to restock catfish fillets, get king fish steaks and a big snapper and keeping it whole this time. When I get home it's steak and eggs. A ribeye, half dozen cheesy eggs and either hash browns or fries

Sunday dinner is whole grilled snapper with herb butter carrots and quinoa with pureed roasted vegetables
Sorry, busy day

I don't think I've ever had frozen ravioli. The last time I had ravioli, premade, I was still doing Chef Boyardi in the can. I used catfish filets for blackened fish tacos a few days ago. Enjoy your surf and turf
