are some really good players still there.
and
Eric from BBI : Admin : 4/26/2024 12:13 am : link
we still have our 2nd and 3rd round picks!!!!

Tiki will be happy.
A lot of value at CB
larryflower37 : 4/26/2024 12:14 am : link
I would not be opposed to Benson also
My targets would be
BH28 : 4/26/2024 12:16 am : link
Sainristil or Cooper
Theres a lot of ways we can go here
UberAlias : 4/26/2024 12:16 am : link
Some good ones out there still.
Sucks
Mr. Nickels : 4/26/2024 12:16 am : link
we had to give up the higher of our 2s to Carolina for Burns.
Max Melton!!
shocktheworld : 4/26/2024 12:18 am : link
Unless Newton somehow lasts…
All offseason
robbieballs2003 : 4/26/2024 12:18 am : link
it has been either WR, DT, or CB for me in the 2nd. Obviously, they may be out on WR. If someone like Jackson Powers-Johnson is available, that makes a ton of sense too.
Even Cooper DeJean.
robbieballs2003 : 4/26/2024 12:20 am : link
With our new DC, he loves playing nickel. DeJean could be our slot nickel.

I don't think he lasts to 47 unless they trade up for him but I would be thrilled to get him

I agree. Odds are he'll be gone but to have a backup plan at C if JMS doesn't work out would be fantastic.

Cant get over that. Dang greedy of them not to take the 47
sainristil and melton are my favorite 2 names on the list
Eric on Li : 4/26/2024 12:23 am : link
would also be happy with a DL (Newton if he passes medical and Kris Jenkins).

I honestly wouldn't mind if they traded up a bit to grab a TOP guy in a Position of Need, earlier.

He would be awesome there. Pseudo nickel and safety. Plus he can return. I doubt he lasts though.

If he made it to the 37-39 range I would consider moving up for him.

Yes, agree. Need to get Melton.
Great names at cb, rb, dl and OL
BleedBlue46 : 4/26/2024 12:43 am : link
!!
My guesses for 47
FranknWeezer : 4/26/2024 12:48 am : link
DT Newton
S Nubin
OG Beebe
Secondary is the thinnest part of the roster now
Greg from LI : 4/26/2024 2:35 am : link
So CB and S seem most likely

Agree. 1. Newton, 2. Max Melton/Kool Aid, or 3. Tyler Nubin.
At this point, I think they should continue to rebuild the offense.
BigBlueBuff : 4/26/2024 4:35 am : link
Trey Benson or Sinnott make some sense.
Melton
Maijay : 4/26/2024 5:01 am : link
or Benson
Don’t know why Cooper DeJean
jeff57 : 4/26/2024 5:45 am : link
Didn’t get taken in round 1. Assuming no trade up, Melton, Nubin, Sinnott are players I would look out.
Side note- Watch Buffalo
jvm52106 : 4/26/2024 5:51 am : link
Trade with SF for Aiyuk. Got feeling there.
Day 2 targets
Dankbeerman : 4/26/2024 5:57 am : link
CB
DT

Buffalo/NE/Lac WR needy ahead of us helps.

who painstakenly organizes Sy's data and presents it to us so well. It's another immense value of reading BBI every day. Thank you for all you do.

I'd be pleased to choose any of these O or D linemen at 47:

86 1 G/C Powers-Johnson Jackson 6’3" 328 Oregon
83 1 DT Orhorhoro Ruke 6’4" 294 Clemson
82 2 DT Newton Jer’Zhan 6’3" 296 Illinois
80 8 OT Suamataia Kingsley 6’5" 326 BYU
80 4 G/C Frazier Zach 6’3" 313 West Virginia
79 4 DT Fiske Braden 6’4" 292 Florida S
for me, its
stoneman : 4/26/2024 6:47 am : link

round2 - 86 1 G/C Powers-Johnson Jackson 6’3" 328 Oregon
round3 - 83 1 DT Orhorhoro Ruke 6’4" 294 Clemson
Melton in 2
logman : 4/26/2024 6:53 am : link
and Fiske in 3 would round out the defense nicely
I want
JoeyBigBlue : 4/26/2024 7:06 am : link
Johnny Newton or Kool Aid McKistry. Newton would make out D-Line devastating, and McKistry could start opposite Banks.
NYG brought in 7 CBs for top 30 visits
Stars_and_stripes : 4/26/2024 7:08 am : link
with many in round 2/maybe round 3 grade area.

I would guess it's the CB.
Look at those WRs
HardTruth : 4/26/2024 7:15 am : link
And not a QB to be found
It will either be a
section125 : 4/26/2024 7:21 am : link
DT or a CB at 47. Whichever is not taken will likely be the target area at 70 - IMHO.
I think they go RB
Sammo85 : 4/26/2024 7:26 am : link
in around 3. Weird guess vibe with Tiki calling the picks today in Detroit.
They may move down
jvm52106 : 4/26/2024 7:26 am : link
A bit add more picks this year.
Love to see a combo of
Giantgator : 4/26/2024 7:27 am : link
CB and DT next two rounds. Offense rest of the way.

Risky. The draft talent starts really declining in Round 4.
47 plus 4th
Stars_and_stripes : 4/26/2024 7:37 am : link
gets into 38-40 range.

Melton, McKinstry, DeJean, Sanistril , Newton....

We only brought in McKinstry and Melton of that group but NYG seems to like those Alabama DBs early round 2.
Judging by the list
Bobby Humphrey's Earpad : 4/26/2024 7:41 am : link
They can end up with one of Newton, Ruke, Kool-Aid or Melton. All talents at positions of need who had near first round grades, particularly Kool-Aid.
Orhorhoro Ruke or Gabe Hall
bluewave : 4/26/2024 7:47 am : link
Not sure where they go, but I want one of these guys to play beside Dexter Lawrence. You keep running him out there playing 99% of the snaps and this will be the last dominant year he'll have...
I'm
DG_89 : 4/26/2024 7:48 am : link
all in favor of a defensive player at 47. But I would think long and hard if Jackson Powers Johnson dropped to us. While JMS can't be judged to harshly for his rookie season due to injury and God awful guard play on both sides, he shouldn't automatically be handed the starting job either
Keep building the offense
kelly : 4/26/2024 7:53 am : link
Johnson or Sinnott

Then rb in round 3
BPA
Lines of Scrimmage : 4/26/2024 7:56 am : link

Do not see him lasting. He ecstatic if he did. Melton would be perfect. Schiano has put a lot of solid DBs Into the NFL. Kid will make the transition well.

Ruke Orhorhoro, Trey Benson, Max Melton. (I am assuming that Newton and DeJean are picked before #47.)

I agree the Giants should explore trading down starting in the third round, but not if the value at their pick is too great to pass up. One or two extra day three picks would be helpful, and Schoen has gotten some decent players (Bellinger, Belton, McFadden) in the fourth through seventh rounds.
Ruke Orhorhoro
