Gree Bay has the most picks with 8
Chicago only has 1
Division rivals as follows
Eagles have 7, 3 in the 4th, 3 in the 5th and 1 in the 6th
Dallas has 4, a 5th, a 6th, and 2 in the 7th
Washington has 3, 2 in the 5th and 1 in the 7th
Hard to make up talent deficit within division with the disparity in picks. PHI haul almost self-perpetuating at this point - they will trade some of these to get 2025 picks.
Over who they picked and how many is fruitless and a bit dramatic. Drsft is still a crapshoot and team needs, scheme etc are all that matters.
I am sure most teams didn't fret Giants got Ahman Bradshaw late or 49ers got Brock Purdy, Patriots got Tom Brady etc..
Do your due diligence, get the right player, skillet to scheme and team and there you go.
What matters to us is nailing aa many picks as possible.
FYI Giants in some ways have "extra" picks in that we have Josh Ezeudu, Marcus McKethan aa guys who could develop under the new Oline coach. Got look at them as "almost" new guys added here.
Speaking of angst, we can stop with the BS about Jones. Yes, we probably are riding with that dude (or Lock) this year but Giants clearly are looking for future starter. Now, if Gmen redo or alter his contract to create cap space then you can start worrying their long term plans have changed.

More swings you have, the more likely you will find gold.
I'd rather have more picks.
You might be signing a different tune when the Eagles find their next star offensive lineman in the 6th round.
Who I think was the target. They pivoted to Guyton.
Love their pick of Beebe a nasty dude.
Cowboys know their OL prospects and do a good job of coaching them up.
The Eagles are ahead of the NFL when it comes to manipulating the draft. It feels like the Eagles, Niners & Rams are always picking between the 3rd and 5th rounds.
I was hoping Schoen would trade down, but he's clearly following the board. I'd like to see this team use the comp formula to their advantage and regularly have at least 10 picks any year. Philly does.
Having picks allows always being able to trade up for targets when they're within reach.
2 of their 4th round picks were from trading down twice in Round 3. They could have stayed put and had Jonah Elliss, but they traded down twice and got Jalyx Hunt.
RE: Commanders and Eagles have done well ...Dallas just ok
Eagles are just impressive the way they maneuver the draft.....fixed their backfield
But if you count Burns and Nabers.....with the DBs...the Giants did fine.
The Cowboys went back to what they know OL....overall, less impressed
I happened to like Cowboys draft. Both OL, especially Beebe, were good picks where they were drafted. I also like Kneeland. The Cowboys had some departures at the position and he gives 110% all the time. The LB from Notre Dame went earlier than I would have thought, but not picking until late Round 5 maybe there is something they see in him that they didn’t want to miss out on.
Sure they take a lot of swings. They’ve had some huge misses too.
Roseann can manipulate the draft, but they’ve had some real duds on draft day too. There’s a reason they’ve had to rely on an older Fletcher Cox (now retired) and they had major issues on defense last year: their young guys haven’t lived up to expectations.

with any of their last 3 picks are ZERO. So far, in Joe Schoen's career with the Giants, he has made 21 draft selections. One-third of them (7) have been in the secondary. We've all heard the saying, "It's a passing league," and now I hope Joe Schoen remembers another saying, "It's a big man's game."
Flipped their lids over the Eagles getting Nolan Smith and Nakobe Dean. Or Kelee Ringo. None of those guys have done anything. Jordan Davis has been a disappointment.

They finished 1-6 for a reason.
This. Every year people lose their lid over “name” picks.

Agreed. I'd like to get one or two more picks today by trading down, maybe in the fifth round. The draft is such a crapshoot that there are always "gems" to be found on day three. Our roster also has very little depth at most positions.

This is a really bad depth draft. There’s going to be players with UDFA grades going in Round 5. Our pick in Round 5 is towards end. I’m not trading a high Round 4 pick today.

I probably wouldn't trade down in round four either. I'd target Brandon Dorlus or Mohamed Kamara. This team needs another edge rusher.
Aside from Dorlus and Kamara, there are plenty of other good players left:
Mohamed Kamara
Brandon Dorlus
Troy Franklin
Christian Jones
Ja’Tavion Sanders
T.J. Tampa
Malik Washington
Jaylen Wright
Bucky Irving
DJ James
Hunter Nourzad
Mekhi Wingo
Brenden Rice
Khristian Boyd
Gabe Hall
Audric Estime
Tyrice Knight
Jaden Hicks
I do doubt that Schoen will trade down. I think we'll just stay and pick.

Are they drafting the offensive line coach too?
As if I needed more reasons to hate the Eagles, but they work the draft a lot better than we do.
And we have Maye sitting a yeae....with no other players..and no premium picks in 2025.
Was saying this yesterday. They are gonna be much better this year.

I hate to say it, but the Commanders are having a heck of a draft.

Not a difficult thing to do. Their roster was horrible and checked out.
I’m on other side. I don’t find their draft all that great. People are getting caught up in names. They needed to fill tons of holes.
+1. I like all of their picks so far.
They finished 1-6 for a reason.
