Intriguing player, very productive player, has all the things you look for in QB skills. Not going to be a superstar but could be a very solid NFL Qb and a insurance policy to DJ. Discuss.
I’m not a huge fan, but I’d prefer Rattler over Milton. Milton might have better arm strength, but Rattler has better arm talent. He’s a decent athlete, and outside of Legette, had little talent around him at SC.
QB would not be a waste, Danny Dimes, Cutlets, and Lock is not a good looking situation for the most important position. I like Danny but his injuries and consistency are a issue. Rattler can play.
The team feels confident in our quarterback room. We know that, because otherwise they would have drafted McCarthy. Lock and the Paisan are competent backups.
probably pass because we have other needs like edge rusher that are more important. I also don't see Rattler as the future franchise QB of the Giants. I nonetheless wouldn't be stunned if they took him, especially since they had a top 30 visit with him. But I think he will come off the board before #107. He's a QB. Someone will take a chance now that we're here on day three. Pratt as well.
will be very interested in Rattler. He’s too small for them.
But the Giants are willing to invest time and effort into developing QBs. De Vito, case in point. So we may see a QB drafted late or signed as a UDFA, if only to create competition.
There is no point in wasting a pick on a day 3 QB. Yes I know Brady and Purdy exist. Good luck targeting that once every 20 yr prospect. Rattler is not that guy.
I like Milton's size and arm better. Whether he has it upstairs?

Don’t waste picks.
Are you aware of the QB situation? It's arguably the worst of the NFL. This is such an archaic way of thinking.
Or Russell Wilson. Dak Prescott. Brock Purdy. You either try or you don't. The Giants haven't tried.
Where is bw in dc or Go Terps when you need them?
I’m with you on Milton

first, its false.
second, you think we getting starters today? its not likely... so might as well take shots on the most important positions (where we are weak).
today lets get a RB to work with singeltary, a TE to work with bellinger, and a QB who maybe could develop

I like this plan. But do any of the QBs left have significantly more upside than DeVito ?
Which one of these picks are you referencing?
