Belton is not trash, he is injury prone. As a swing tackle he is excellent. As a starter it’s questionable. I would have loved for the Giants to get him as a swing tackle.

They’re a house of cards. Everyone is crossing fingers that nothing goes wrong, because the results are as close to biblical in scope in the NFL sense.

He lost a lot of weight and improved his core strength.
He worked hard this offseason.
This is a good gamble for the Eagles.
That was last off season where he dropped 50 pounds. He was second in the league in penalties and I think worst in sacks let up. But yeah, he was great. As Lauderdale Matty said the Eagles could sign JeMarcus Russell and 95% of BBI would laud it.
I can't tell you if his game will improve, but I was working out with him and he is a different person.
He is also healthy for the first time in two years.
