Nick Falato breaks down new New York Giants' safety Tyler Nubin's All-22 tape and provides context as to why he was Nick's number one safety in the class.

Nubin combines elite intangibles with size and incredible instincts in coverage. He's a disciplined player with elite ball skills. Nubin isn't the smoothest safety in the class, but he may be the most impactful at the next level.

Nick Falato discusses the #Giants fifth-round pick Tyrone Tracy, the RB out of Purdue. Tracy is a former WR of the Iowa Hawkeyes and switched positions before his final eligible collegiate season.

He will compete for RB two snaps behind Devin Singletary, with the upside of having designed plays that feature him in specific game plans. He'll also be a threat on special teams.

Falato is good not only because he knows what the heck he is talking about, but he has a great personality and he actually listens to his guests. He lets them talk.
Giants Draft Review:

Dan and Nick rally for their annual end of the draft weekend review of the draft as a whole -- from the 30,000-foot view as Dan can't stop saying. They discuss the draft class as a whole, individual picks but also a wholistic approach that includes Dan asking Nick the biggest burning question from each of the three nights of the draft -- plus kicking things off with the biggest question about where the Giants are headed now.

I was curious about his background. Apparently he was a marine and also coached at Farleigh Dickinson.
Nunbin seems a ton quicker than his RAS indicates

But Flato is excellent....the top 5 players selected seem like big hits!

The big LBer seem limited

I read that Nubin was still recovering from an injury when he tested.

I love both of these picks…..

Hellooooooo Nubin! Nubin is a smart and instinctive player as pointed out. If he can do what he did in college here, he’ll be one of the better safeties in the league. I also see Tracy as a contributor this year. Nice skill set.

It’ll be exciting to see how the offense comes together this year too. Jones will have to have the reigns taken off of him if they want that downfield passing game. He needs to become Danny Dimes again.
