I will be beyond irate if we let Obitch Toppin and TJ "I'm not a YMCA player" McConnell run wild on us.
OG vs. Siakam will be a hell of a matchup. Former teammates. That'll be a real battle.
Brunson vs. Haliburton.
GO NY GO NY GO! Fuck the Pacers.
Bucks played 7, Gallinari got 4 minutes.
Cavs basically play 7 with Merril as their 8th guy for 5 minutes
Pacers play 8
Heat played 8
Magic played 10

A lot of this is way off. Hauser played 22 minutes a game this season for Boston, averaging six three point attempts per game. He played quite a bit more than 5-10 during the Heat series, and not because they were blowouts.
Cavs have seven guys averaging at least 20 minute a game vs Magic, then Niang the 8th guy averaging 15 minutes a game, then Morris the ninth guy at 8 minutes, before getting to Merrill at 7 minutes per.
I know you know stats so the slant is a bit tedious.

I will help Stu fight the good fight here..
It's May. It's the magnificent 7 every night for virtually every team. Maybe 8.
No other team thus far has had a 7 man rotation this playoffs and only 2 teams had as few as 8. Some of the games are hard to gauge, though, because they were blowouts.
Again, what are we talking about when Denver's 6th and 7th guy play like 13 minutes a game lol.
If you guys are going to conjure up a team that goes deep rotations, don't use Denver. They are more top heavy than the Knicks.

Celtics were all blowouts basically but they go 7 with hauser as the 8th guy trying to steal 5 to 10 minutes..

We are tlaking playoffs not regular season..
Hauser is playing 15 MPG and every single game had a point differential of 10+, so yes every game was a blowout..
With the cavs you are right i forgot about Niang
His act sucks. Hope he retires.
Thanks!
So far, this post season the Knicks are the only team to use a 7 man rotation in any game and they are the only team with 3 players averaging over 40 minutes per game. Yes, blowouts do skew that a bit, however.

i think you nailed it, a lot of blowouts..
You will see teams trim their rotation more as they go..

That's still time on the floor. Nobody here wants another Knick to get double digit minutes. But, 5 minutes from someone else gets a short breather ton one of their starters. That's all.

Not to 7 though. That is not the norm.
no,i say 8 is, and every superstar plays at minimum 40 minutes..
I hate to break it you guys but the Knicks are conditioned for this. We kill Thibs all season for playing guys too much but this series should have showed you why he does it. Regardless of minutes the Knicks were the fresher team in almost every single game of this series in the 4th quarter. I wonder why…
Thibs knows his players and what they can handle better than anybody. He’s a good coach they all seem to love playing for.
Obi is a cherry picker. Just wants to release on the break for a jam. His man should have tons of offensive rebounds if one of our guards gets back. He plays no defense.
Deuce + Bogie + 4 firsts?
Mitch + Deuce + 2 firsts?
Deuce + Bogie + 4 firsts?
Mitch + Deuce + 2 firsts?
Id rather trade Randle than Deuce and i know it sounds like a major knock on Randle but its more about fit after you get Bridges
You ain’t kidding I needed a break too.
the rest of the cavs are an absolute joke, what a soft team Mitchell on 1 leg scores 50 and they still lose
Deuce + Bogie + 4 firsts?
Mitch + Deuce + 2 firsts?
I think they could get away with not including Deuce. They’re going to select two rookies in the first round this year, I’d expect one or both of them would be in the deal, and then probably 3 firsts with Bogie’s salary.
I doubt Randle is in a deal for Bridges. You’re basically all in after a Bridges trade, and don’t have a true second option to take the load off of Brunson. I don’t know that Bridges is that guy consistently enough so ideally you’re bringing him in as the third guy alongside Jalen and Randle.

Likewise!
I could not have less interest. Not what this team needs. Let him go back to Philly.

Looks like Miami is going to break it up, Cleveland going to take Jimmy for Mitchell?

Lowe mentioned that on his podcast yesterday.
they cant fricken shoot and their 2nd best player shit the bed
Boston is going to shit on Cleveland. But they'll be happy because they won a series. The Celtics haven't been challenged in a while and looked bored against the Heat. The cabs won't be much of a challenge.
The Knicks are going to be like running into a brick wall
and its not like they can add anymore because of cap and the picks they have traded

Tatum and Brown are just going to hunt Garland and Mitchell and expose them..
If Mobely or Allen had any set of balls they could kill them on the glass but they are both softer than tissue paper..
Mitchell cant go for 50 everh night to hold them afloat
Seconded
But i think the biggest thing is the Pacer slove to get out in transition, they love to release and get out..If they do that they are going to get absolutely destroyed on the glass and thats not the way to beat the Knicks...
Then the sevond the Pacers adjust to crash the glass they are going to play a half court game and thats not the place they want to be..

I agree 👍. Cavs can't hang with the Celtic firepower and their way too soft on the other end. Celtics need to be punched in the mouth but the Cavs are toilet paper 🧻🧻🧻🧻
I saw this, guy just trying to do his job, not even on the court and Embiid has to be a nozzle and of course his two prick bodyguards trying to oush the guy out of thw way
