Has anyone switched / altered a silkscreen jsrsey panel before?

Daughters bought me a white Barkey jersey his rookie season, thinking about changing the back panel to Rolle.

Any success in this or know of a decent online company used before?

I am looking to do the exact same thing with switching from Barkley to Rolle. I posted on my Twitter account about it and got two recommendations.
