Yeah, I like how the roster is being built though. Obviously, we need to figure QB out barring a miraculous emergence of DJ. Nevertheless, the roster as a whole is looking better than it has in a decade.
Their defense was 32nd last year in multiple categories. Signing Luvu and Wagner is a step up, but to me still lack at DE and the defensive backfield.
Daniels translating to the pros will be interesting. Great athlete but he took heavy shots in college and he won't be playing Georgia St. here. Pocket awareness, how he runs and maneuvers that into running and getting hit or developing throwing more on the run more often. Their line still looks suspect to me. We'll see!
I like the offseason WFT had. Yeah, I know the old moniker or 'offseason champions', but I think that's a franchise on the upswing. & I think Daniels is-barring injuries-going to be a stud & a pain in our ass for the next decade plus. I hope I'm wrong.

That's still Washington, until it isn't. And can we just take a beat and remember how many other *amazing* offseasons Washington has had in the last 30 years?
a) they always get great hype this time of year. Until they prove it, fuck off.
b) while the hitting QB rules certainly will help a lot, now comes the rubber meeting road moment when we find out if Daniels slighter than ideal frame will hold up for a full NFL season.
And if Daniels can't Marcus Mariota is the back-up. Yikes if the Commanders think he's going to lead them to a string of victories.
Oops, thx.

Boo-hoo.
Guess we shouldn’t watch any games this year.

No worries. Have until Labor Day to turn them into rock-stars.
How were the Rams regarded at this time last year?

true good point.
Crazy shit.
Let's wait and see them play
Right now I would say there are:
Cowboys and Eagles
and
Giants/Commanders
Commanders are not better than the Giants, they may be equally bad/mediocre

Right now, we’re the worst team in the division.

Rams have a good QB, albeit an old one.
