the Giants Life videos they did about the draft process the past couple of years. Sounds like this will be a more advanced/extended version of that so it's pretty cool.
The Giants being on "Hard Knocks" in any capacity is a concession given the franchise's reluctance in the past. Co-owner John Mara made that clear to the New York Daily News back in 2010 that he had no interest in opening their doors for the cameras.
"That announcement will come," Mara said at the time, "when I'm next to my father in the Gates of Heaven cemetery."
And don't look now, but Jews and Muslims will be making peace tomorrow. Just kidding. But the Giants appearing on Hard Knocks is real. And Johnny's still alive.
Is another season with Daniel Jones. We'll all get to see how hard he is working to rehab from his latest injury, so his supporters will all crow about how hard he works in his recovery. It's a broken record for the fans of this team, and it seems like it's on endless loop.
I love Malik Nabers and the other draft picks, but the fact that they don't have a legit QB to lead their team is rather pointless.
The excitement just isn't there anymore.

but I wish the Giants were on Hard Knock every year. Give me more Giants, everything. I'm surprised by posters that post on a Giants message board, literally everyday wouldn't want to actually watch a behind the scenes documentary of the offseason.

I bet They are going to fill a lot of time with how the Giants Org is preparing the celebration season. Also the organization is preparing to go to Germany, they did a draft pick from there, so that is more time. They will not have to pull the curtain back too far.
It's only 5 episodes and coverage only covers them to July.
This is good for everyone involved. Mara was probably ok with this one and can get out of doing a training camp or in season one.
The Colts was pretty well put together and I enjoyed it. Terrible to see a great beginning die like that, I swear you could feel the life sucked out of that team.
The Bengals show was also very well done and the loss of Dalton was a slow death for them.
The Dolphins run was exceptionally well done but, it started to feel like Mike McDaniel was reaching for TV worthy peep talks. Also a soul suck to the roster when they started to lose.
The Jets were unwatchable from go to me.
I look forward to seeing this, but I'm sure my bias may leave me scratching my head on some things or lack there of.
Either way, I don't have HBO, so I'm not watching it anyway.
