He was on Bill Simmons’ podcast earlier and when asked-after LVR and Carolina-who the worst team in the NFL is, he didn’t even hesitate and say ‘The Giants.’
Apparently he isn’t a fan of Burns either. ‘He’s not making them any better.’
I think Lombardi has been right a lot when it comes to the Giants, but it seems weirdly personal to him. Did we pass him over for a job or something?
He's just an insufferable douchebag jerk though. It's tough to listen to anything he says because of it.
if you google "who is the worst team in the NFL"
almost every single response has the Giants in the "top" 5 worst teams, most in the top 3 worst teams.
So, hatred or no hatred is it really unreasonable to say the Giants?
Sorry Joe, eat his shorts.
That said I didn’t hear what he said so maybe I’m wrong.
Of is this the guy who was an Eagles fan that was a beat reporter for a hot minute for NJ.com?
Either way, they both have an agenda
Observing reality is not negativity.

Classic case of having Message Board Tourette’s
You should write a book called “How to literally say the same thing 5,000 different ways”
Get a life
They should have beaten the Rams, Bills and Jets. Pretty easily. Simple mistakes erased that.
Agreed. Thanks a lot Tommy Cutlets!
The Skins under Daniel Snyder were trash and a joke
I don’t think we are anywhere near that

People on a football message board, four months before the season starts, are telling others to get a life?
Wait a tick.
I need to get a life, too.
If it's that bad, I'd be all in on Belichick. I don't care how old he is, this franchise would be desperate for any credibility.
The Giants need to be at minimum in the middle of the pack. Being a bottom 5 team would call for a regime change. The actions of Schoen don't align with a bottom tier franchise. And it would be going backwards from last year.

No, they should not have beaten those teams.
That they lost to all three, shows exactly the team the Giants were last year, a bunch of undisciplined, poorly coached, mistake prone, lots of low talent, scant high talent, losers.
That's a good point. He was on Simmons' before & was talking about his 76ers so perhaps he hails from PA & grew up an Eagles fan.

I haven't been that impressed with Schoen. I've been more impressed with Dabs.

That’s not the point
Repeating day after day
Multiple times on thread after thread after thread
Literally the exact same thing is bizarre to say the least
No?
Then how does he make them definitely better.

They were a simple pass at the goalline from Tyrod to Barkley and he short armed it. That's the difference. No different than New England missing a FG to lose or NYJ winning because Daboll decided to kick with an injured kicker in the rain.
They were terrible in 2023 but not a bottom 3 team. Doubtful they will be in 2024, too.
That said-& I'll say this regardless of what I think of a poster/whatever they think of me-if you're a regular BBI poster, you're a diehard diehard Giants fan.
Despite all the despondency, there are a number of excellent players on this team. A small number of problem area are what derailed the Giants last year.

This was my first thought. I'm done being offended by outsiders saying the giants suck when they do suck, I'm going to focus that energy on the front office and Mara until something gives

But why do you care what these morons say?
We're just the counterpoint.

Yet Washington has more wins over the past decade than the Giants. Makes you wonder. Mara needs to be humbled and realize that he is an awful owner who can’t stay out of his own way. That’s the only way this team turns into a winning franchise again.
Hopefully the new blood in the FO is changing that.

We could use a few positive comments here. I won’t mention names but if you are here complaining and whining everyday you need to seriously get a hobby.
