Pre-season is a time to experiment. Why not do it with jerseys? I'd have NO PROBLEM with that whatsoever. It'd actually be a way to get people to tune in a little more.

Thank you Greg. I don't get the whole I have to see a uniform to appreciate history thing. They're ugly. Simple. I can appreciate Steve Owens, Mel Hein, Frank Gifford, Emlen Tunnell, etc. without having to see these prison getups.
The pants are awful, but like Eric says, that's history baby. Celebrating the long ago past in anything means coming to grips with browns and tans -- once everywhere; now nowhere.
I don't really have an opinion one way or the other about the century red. I think it's a cool nod to the past and creates some excitement but is it necessary? Not really.
Wish they would just go full time 80s/early 90s unis and call it a day.
We are a team that seems stuck in the past, with our crappy stadium, and musty-looking old uniforms. 100 years old is cool but these uniforms just don't do our history justice.
Just like this team is going to underwhelm in 2024, the new/old uniform is a disappointment.

Are the 80s Simms/Taylor glory years where Red was a nice, minimal ACCENT color. Use white pants, and replace the NY with the old GIANTS logo on the newer, metallic blue helmet and call it a day.

It looks a lot classier / cooler WITHOUT that 1970s Oakland A's piping bullshit. I know it was there in the Parcells years but I find those uniforms uninspiring.
