Acuna takes off for third as the ball leaves the catcher's hand, then almost immediately changes his mind and attempts a hard pivot back to second.
Didn't look like a fake to third, because there was no one to fake at that point.
I would guess he was hoping to bait a throw from the catcher to second base, started to go on the throw, then realized with the throw only going to the pitcher, he'd be dead at third.

Not to make God mad or anything, but IMO, knees and shoulders are both pretty poorly designed.

Not sure how he will handle it mentally. Two tears in four seasons in non-contact injuries will do a number on his mind.
