Even with Unions, there are protocols to reach that point, which it doesn't seem MLB has done. And, if it is this difficult, then this is something MLB and MLBPA needs to address in the next contract.

Sounds like they’re paying him to go away. No doubt to avoid another bullshit lawsuit from him if they fired him outright

What a disaster he’s been for so long. It’s one thing for an ump to miss calls, but he regularly seemed not to care.
