The official lineup isn't out yet but, according to Jomboy, Boone told him LeMahieu makes his return tonight:

Maybe he'll surprise me.

I'm lukewarm anyway because he's slow. But if he can produce at his 21/22 level he'd be great to keep at #9.
There’s one hitter on the angels you can’t let beat you right now. And there was a base open so what does he do? Meatball with no bite down the middle smdh
Yes. Was thinking the same. Wells right to the wall. Thought that was gone.
Torres going on that? He was out by a Stantonian mile.

Saw 3rd base coach wave him in...how stupid was that.
DJLM would be coming up with 2nd and 3rd
Same guy that bungled two grounders tonight.
He is a guess batter.

how we could snag Rengifo from the Angels. Let's take on that Trout contract if we have to.

Same guy.
Or we could just wait for Durbin to force his way into the room.
Looked like elephant walrus flopping around down there...he and Torres cost them the game the other day.
Why didn't they leave Weaver in the game?
Lol. He should have been out of the inning. How is it Boones fault that Rizzo couldn't make a routine play?
Yes he has been terrible. Even with saving that bad throw.
Hey they have also batted in a coma tonight. 8 or 9 LOB.
Disagree. Weaver struggled that inning. Schanuel should have walked. No problem bringing in Holmes there he just got beat. You go down with your closer.

There was no reason to remove Weaver was there.
Rizzo, error was before the pitching change.

Great night with the Rangers losing in OT..
They cannot keep trotting him out there in the late innings, have to find a better defensive replacement.
Or Cabrera. But I think the plan is DJ to spell Rizzo with Cabrera at 3rd.
DJ is competent, but not really a 1B.
I’m guessing they’re going to need to make a deal for a 1B.
Peraza needs to stay at AAA and hit better. Caleb Durbin has put up some great stats but I don't know if he is a major league 3B or more of a 2B.
All of which makes it hard to move DJL off 3B to even try to be an answer at 1B.

He struggled?
Yes he did. Fell behind Calhoun and gave up a hit. 2nd batter smoked one right at Gleyber and then should have walked Schanuel and got bailed out by him swinging at a pitch a foot high. So yes he struggled that inning. You don’t kill the manager going to his closer where. It didn’t work out. Sometimes good relievers give up hits. It happens. it’s not always the manager’s fault.

Weaver was doing fine. He got two outs. Schnauel's K is normal for Weaver - players swinging at high strikes is where power pitchers get many Ks.
Yes I do kill the manager. They already had an effective pitcher on the mound. Holmes is effective once he starts rolling, but his 1st batter seems to be a struggle and almost always an adventure. Just his M.O. How many times does he walk the 1st batter?
But the "now hit" off Rizzo's glove was the problem. Yes the scorer changed it to a hit after the game...pathetic.
They also had many chances to put up more runs throughout the game. In effect, a total team failure.
It looks like we won't have any clue about the right side of the INF going into next year. Torres and Rizzo won't be back, so we plug in Vivas/Peraza and DJ? How about 3B?
Payroll without Soto is 200M, with Soto probably 250M, is Hal going to okay a 300M payroll?
