@Connor_J_Hughes
#Giants QB Daniel Jones was 5 of 6 passing in 7-on-7 drills today. Connected twice with Wandale Robinson.
Drew Lock took all first-team reps in team drills. He was 17 of 23. Three of those completions were very obvious sacks. Lock missed quite bad on a few others.
Lock did make a nice long completion to Robinson. Robinson’s had a good couple days here in the media-open practices.
@Connor_J_Hughes
I get that it’s OTAs, but based off what I’ve seen, I’d be floored if Daniel Jones isn’t the runaway QB1. Drew Lock & Tommy Devito are no real push to be QB1 #Giants

Funny question to ask on Eric's forum.
Do you get a membership subscription to BBI? Or have you had to pay to read any of the threads or updates that gets posted by Eric.
@art_stapleton
There was a lot of speculation during the GM searches about the connection between Brandon Brown and Jim Harbaugh.
Brown laughed and would not offer too many details, but said when Giants had joint practices in Detroit last summer, a group of NYG execs spent a day at Michigan, and that's where Brown and Harbaugh broke bread, so to speak.
Brown was a finalist for the Chargers' GM job that went to Joe Hortiz. #NYGiants
Pat Leonard
@PLeonardNYDN
#Giants assistant GM Brandon Brown said today that he got to know Jim Harbaugh and connected last summer when the Giants front office took a trip to U of Michigan while joint practicing against the Lions in Detroit. That’s one connection to his eventual candidacy for the Chargers GM vacancy this past offseason

There are 3 media days this spring.
I haven't seen a single tweet so far today on 2nd and 3rd stringers. Duggan usually does an article later on with more in-depth notes.
I heard Steve Smith and his family are low-key Giants fans. I'm not sure what the nexus is, but ever since Gettleman got ousted, Smith has been active with this team. Cool to see.

You're comparing a private website with virtually no overhead, including employees who get salary and benefits, to major media outlets? Does Eric have reporters and photographers and editors working for him covering the OTAs? Ask him if this site would be free if he had 7 or 8 employees making $75K to $100k in salary and benefits.
No, this site links to the free info from other news sources. And posts info from team press releases and its website. This is a great site for discussing the Giants. But it rarely reports news, it repeats it. Which is the root of the comment on the reporters tweeting so little.

Steve Smith is a dawg. Good guy to teach the young guys. Nasty a$$ WR that man.
Touchdowns
Quarterback Drew Lock found undrafted rookie receiver Ayir Asante in stride in the end zone for a long score during 11-on-11 work.
Takeaways
Cornerback Darnay Holmes, who re-signed with the Giants this offseason, returned a fumble for what would have likely been a touchdown.
More Top Plays & Notes
Quarterback Daniel Jones opened 7-on-7 drills with completions to wide receivers Wan'Dale Robinson, Allen Robinson II, Asante and Darius Slayton.
Slayton racked up a handful of catches on connections with Lock during team periods.
Lock's best throw of the day was a long pass to Wan'Dale Robinson, placing it perfectly with velocity to get through the levels of the defense. Lock also connected with sixth overall pick Malik Nabers, whom the quarterback said has potential to be a major factor in the NFL.
Cornerback Deonte Banks prevented a possible touchdown by breaking up a long pass attempt at the front-left corner of the end zone. Fellow cornerback Nick McCloud and safety Dane Belton also forced incompletions.
Outside linebackers Kayvon Thibodeaux and Azeez Ojulari found their way into the backfield for what would have been sacks on separate plays. Inside linebacker Carter Coughlin also sped up a pass for an incompletion as Banks provided coverage on the back end.
Outside linebacker Boogie Basham batted down a pass at the line of scrimmage.
Lock threw a nifty sidearm pass to rookie running back Tyrone Tracy Jr.
Tight ends Lawrence Cager and Jack Stoll got on the board with receptions.
