Given all the grief about Dan Jones around here, how about if I'd given the nod to Lock to start over him (never-mind DeVito). That could happen, he looked pretty good when the Giants played Seattle last year.
Edge is outside linebackers. You have inside linebackers listed as outside linebackers.
Perhaps of calling "edge" players defensive ends (as seen in 4-3 base defenses) and "inside linebackers" as Middle Linebackers in that kind of scheme.
My confusion stems from the fact that the new DC often uses a 4 man front (in a wide nine) with either two or three linebackers.
As far as allocating players which you have identified as "inside" or outside in your depth chart, I have taken the liberty to place them where I believe would fit in Bowen's defense.
UDFAs will probably go to PS, (the normal way of doing business), but the reason I'm giving those guys a chance is the depleted level of veteran talent that exists in those areas.
I anyone can spare the time, Bobby Skinner has evaluated Shane Bowen's 2023 Titans defense vs four opponents. I watched the Saints game (it's like drinking out of a fire hose). Against the Saints ....

If you get to this link, you can jump to the three other games that he's evaluated - Against the Chargers, Browns and the Bengals.
His defense is basically a 4-2-5, (zone oriented) most of the time, to shut down the big plays. The weakness is in the middle of the field. Very interesting stuff, if you have two hours per game to burn, looking at history.
