Excellent interview, what stood out for me (mostly about Carmen Bricillo) -

1. Great teacher, tells you what needs to be done and how to do it, and why ....
2. Lets you be yourself, once you understand #1, if your technique is better
3. Emphasizes understanding the whole offense and what each player's role is.
It was noted that Carmen worked under the Pat's O-line genius Dante Scarnecchia.
After a full off season and a knowledge of what is needed, I trust JMS.....which has me trusting 4 of the 5 OLmen.
Neal is only one that still concerns me.

Thomas is a great player but often injured or playing hurt.
Neal has never been healthy and is coming off surgery.
Runyon and Eleumoneur were great pick-ups but there is no depth.
Stinne was brought in at about the vet minimum. Bobby Skinner review was that he is not as good as Bredeson, who got a much better contract. Nelson is coming off ankle surgery and was not ready for OTA. Chances are good that with all of the injuries in the NFL we will see Jones behind Ezeudu, Mckethan or some UDFA again this year.

Or Lock/Devito for that matter.
After watching Cosell’s take on him and this interview, I think I underestimated how big of a role JMS had in the front’s struggles last year and as a result, I’ve overestimated his natural improvement in year two. If this kid falters, we’re relying on Schlottman(sp)?
