Is there any way to watch this other than HBO? I wanted to check it out, but forgot this was on HBO, which I don't have.

You can watch it anytime you want. For HBO/MAX cable (it's been a while) but I thought the would do an edited version earlier in the evening in case the kids were watching and the version you saw at 9PM last night with all the naughty words included.
But not a big watcher if Hard Knocks so I may be wrong.

Once the new episode airs you can stream it anytime thereafter.
