But like many things involving flying, can we rethink the drink cart? Do we really need that to be pushed up and down the aisle mutliple times during a trip?
There has to be a better way...which also applies to many aspects of flying.

Southwest already found a solution. They take your drink order and bring it back on a tray. No cart involved.
