It recaps the last episode. An interesting nugget is that Schoen says Abrams did the majority of the negotiation on the Burns trade. Link - ( New Window )
Abrams did the contract negotiations during DG’s tenure as well
Considering the regimes hes been through, stars he's been around, some of the deals he's negotiated, some of the ones he couldn't get done that we may not know about, if he was ever negotiating a deal he knew was gonna bite the team in the ass. Would love to hear him in a long form interview like Big Blue Banter.

Before the Judge collapse, Mara all but officially said he was replacing Gettleman.
When he was still being considered for GM. He came across pretty well. Sorry can't remember the source. One of the interesting parts was that he actually had some background in scouting and [layer evaluation along with his salary cap stuff. He did say that he did some deals that he knew could bite them down the road in cases where he was told to "find a way to make it work" by the GM. Reese/Getty
Speaking Of Front Office Folks Other Than Burns & Abrams
Has Hard Knocks pointed out Ryan Cowden? I don't recall noticing him. According to Wiki, Cowden title is "executive advisor to the general manager".
IF Brandon Brown ends up leaving for a GM job in the next year or two, you'd think Cowden would be in line for Asst GM.
I still think by what I have seen Schoen is more of a draft/college evaluator. I would belive his 2nd in command would a pro personnel guy. Rossetti is the guy I think gets tabbed when Brown leaves.
