Now I will be interested in what Daboll and Bricillo do for the line arrangement. While Van Roten has played all three interior positions, he's exclusively been a RG lately. I feel more comfortable with him in there than Stinnie, however.
Is going to be really interesting. The Lb group is especially fascinating.
Okereke and McFadden seem to be locks, and Simmons has a clear role too so I think he makes it. After those 3, there is Coughlin and Adams who both are core ST guys, and Johnson - who has emerged this camp and is getting reps with the 1’s. Also haven’t even mentioned the 6th round pick, Muasau…
Have heard about Johnson and Beavers getting reps with the 1s, Mcfadden really struggled last year at times playing in pass coverage and in zones, he was at his best going forward..
Seems like with Bowen he is going to want a lot of zone especially in the middle of the field, you can see why he likes Simmons in a big nickel type of formation on early downs and Mccloud playing that same type of role..Both big players who can help in run support but both can cover and drop back..
QB Daniel Jones finished team drills 5-of-14 with two other plays blown dead due to “sacks.” Jones’ accuracy was an issue throughout practice. Two of his incompletions were almost picked off (dropped interceptions by OLB Brian Burns and CB Nick McCloud).
Results are all that matters, but my God, at what point does the dysfunction stop up front? We can talk about DJ all we want but until the Giants put a playable OL on the field they’re going to suck.

I have not seen this anywhere? Do you have a link?

It's been nothing but the opposite from the players mouths. Where have you seen this?

Yea, where have you seen that? There’s a reason why Eleumenor and Van Roten are here. They speak highly of him and all other linemen interviewed so far, the same?!

If memory serves, he left Practice on day 1 because of cramps in his calf. Has not practiced since. That is a hell of a cramp.

Ramadan mentioned it on his podcast and Skinner said he heard the same thing. FWIW. Bricillo is rubbing them the wrong way.
I don’t really care, I just want them to play better.

This sounds wrong, why would von Roten and Eluemunor come to the Giants with Bricillo here if they hated him?

He had a bad shoulder last year and now again.
I hope he is not another in a long line of failed OL picks.
Daboll said same shoulder, different injury.
Calf.
Maybe it’s menstrual.
