Now that all of the extensions are wrapped up at the position (save maybe Dak), do you guys agree these are the right groupings for quarterbacks? I've made some judgement calls on who will ultimately end up starting, with a bias towards draft picks in most situations.
I see roughly three groups: guys teams believe are the answer, guys who teams believe are a bridge, and guys who are too early to tell.
The Bucs are only committed through 2024. Whereas the Browns and Rams are or will be through 2025.
The only QB that gets interesting with is Carr.
He's the Tacoma Narrows not the GWB
For sure. Some teams are going to be left holding a bad contract because of performance or health.
I think the game is so easy for QBs now, it's going to be health moreso.
Not all of the quarterbacks who have been extended early will pan out. The nature of their agreements slows the clock a bit.
Tua can be included in that territory as well, for me. His contract was structured well for the team.
First movie I saw in a theater where the audience didn't applaud at the end.
