Tough scene here in Denver: OT Quinn Bailey just went down, trainers rushed over, practice stopped. Put an aircast on his leg, and moved him into an ambulance.
Bailey off presumably to the hospital.
Sucks, but never

I hope they were taking him to the hospital and not to “the Station”

Saved me some heart palpitations.
That said, hope it's not as serious as it sounds!

And I also appreciate the “NGT” preface.
It seems like there are more injuries during the training camp and preseason periods than during the season.
Possibly due to either bigger rosters more bodies in contact than during the season or the slower news cycle with injuries being noticed more.
Regardless it still sucks to read about a young player potentially losing a career due to an awkward step or incidental contact.
Yup

I look forward to the start of training camp like crazy and then as soon as it starts I can't wait until it's over because of injuries.
That said, hope it's not as serious as it sounds!
