Yeah, you don’t fix what’s not broken and Soto gets on base for average and walks, but it would be fun to see pitchers less likely to walk Jusge with Soto batting behind him.

They need Wells and Stanton to step up and deliver to prevent pitching around Judge.
Has been excellent behind Judge. Stanton -- fingers crossed -- didn't show his usual post-injury futility. Wells could easily be our permanent cleanup hitter; Stanton, unless he wilts, is a great guy to have behind him.
But we need to get to them all without spotting an out. Chisholm just seems so damn logical there; Torres is the opposite. He's not fast enough to matter, and if he does get on base there's a 30% chance he'll brain fart an out anyway.
He has been hitting the ball hard all year. Adding Jazz, Stanton back and Volpe starting to hit again has lengthened the lineup. Leiter & De Los Santos were quite but big adds though I still have concerns about Holmes closing unless he can regain his control. Yankees need Cole being Cole and Stroman & Nester finding their form....and yeah I know that is a lot. 50 games to go 29 at home....
The way he can give the breakdown on all these pitchers we've never heard of is so informative. He has so many great stories too. Loved the point he made yesterday how when he was in Florida he wanted his young pitchers to learn how to get guys out in tough spots rather than intentionally walk guys.
Dropped can of corn fly ball, Now 2 straight walks when he was up 0-2 to a couple of scrubs. Now here comes Holmes with the bases juiced. Hold your buts.

Kay blaming Grisham....cute.
Man I thought that Kirk ball has grandslam written all over it
Yeah - it's a puzzlement.

Just put Soto there. Judge at two.

Good ABs there.
So now Holmes is coming in to finish them off....

Me too.
Can't say I ever liked Judge in LF. Kind of stupid to make your star play all over.
Been looking and see nothing. Radar seems to show 6:40 clearish.
Yeah
Yeah
What a crazy game. Hits it on the ground and the ball still gets thru with 5 infielders.

middle to drive in Volpe for the win against 5 IF.

It was hit hard. Pitcher could not even react.
