I really like Carmen B demeanor. He praises guys with restraint and is critical in a positive way. Feels like he has a big picture plan and is confident in his ability to reach a standard with whatever he has available. I’m sure some of this is just me being hopeful we finally have an OL coach that gives us an advantage.

Without saying it directly, Henderson came off to me as a supporter of McCloud taking Flott's job and not giving it back.
