Will be heading to Cleveland for week 3 matchup and definitely going to make the trip to Canton to check out the HOF.

Anyone been recently and have any tips/recommendations? Better to visit in morning? Good places to eat nearby? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks!

back from Michigan and stayed the night. We went in the early afternoon on weekday and nobody was there. You will walk through in about 2 hours or so. Its a fun, interactive museum. Definitely see the hall with the mugs of all the great Giants. As far as food its just like any suburban town. We found a good pizza spot and ate at the hotel so the kids could hit up the pool.
my bad... please don't hijack this post with Eli comments

Shows the progression from the cool designs of yesteryear to the ridiculously gauche of today. When we were there they had a staff person with a replica of a recent ring you could handle.
I went years ago

And it was awesome. Lots of Giants in there, obviously. I took lots of pics and shared with my dad, who had seen Tuffy Leemans play in the first game he attended around 1940. And one of his favorites was Emlen Tunnell too. I remember the building being a lot smaller than I expected, but it is very memorable and you will love it. Only took a couple of hours. Enjoy.
