How is the TV map is determined for Sunday's game?

I live in eastern New England, huge Patriots country, but Fox will be showing Atlanta-Pittsburgh. Now even if the Giants are generally hated here, and the Vikings are nothing more than historical explorers, wouldn't there be more transplanted New Yorkers around here than Falcons+Steelers fans combined?

A number of New England stations (and elsewhere) have shifted to the Giants game since the map first came out (but not eastern Mass).
