This video is circulating on Twitter showing fans heckling Daniel Jones exiting the stadium en route to the parking lot.
There seems to be debate whether this is a bad look for fans to boo players "outside" the stadium. Art Stapleton is really hammering fans about it and says the NFL will step in to add security there to prevent it again in future.
I'm not seeing the big deal here. What's the "sanctity" of this player's entrance that veils them from hearing fans boo, cheer, seek autographs, etc? You booze up the fan base for hours, put out a dog shit product and give them access within earshot to players leaving the stadium, what do they expect?
To be fair, the heckling was mild. No death threats, explitives, things being thrown, etc.
Is this a big deal in your mind? Or fair game to boo players "in the parking lot"

I guess this is what I don't understand. I don't see or hear anybody really being indecent. Unhappy fans will boo, what makes this particular spot at MetLife (on gameday, after an abysmal loss) a safe space from hearing heckling?
Schoen and Daboll are more worthy of the heckling than Jones.

Agree with this, those booing and heckling him as he leaves stadium are fucking losers. Nothing better to do with their life is sad.
There is no excuse for behaving like that and treating another person like that.
From your over priced PSL seat sure, say, yell scream whatever you want. If the people sitting around you don't like it or you're cursing in front of their little kids they have a point. But caveat emptor, if go to a sporting event you are taking that chance.
Outside the stadium, out of his uniform that's unacceptable human behavior. I know it's a societal issue and those mouth breathers have learned that behavior from people who have weaponized them. That doesn't make it right. I'm sure the Giants have security cameras. Find those people and terminate their tickets and access.
However, I couldn't care less about booing him outside of the stadium.
