#Commanders vs. #Giants defense have converted a 3rd and 10 and two 3rd and 13s. They came up 1 yard short on a 3rd and 14.
On screens, QB scrambles, & a floater that should’ve been picked off.
He made one tackle on a QB draw. Led to the 3rd and 13 which of course we let Daniels scramble for 13.
He’s a FIFTH overall freaking pick!!!!
One tackle in a half and the best we can say is he’s active!
He had zip last week as well.
He’s got to play better.
Commanders are controlling the LOS. Wearing us out. They don't need Daniels to do much frankly to win. We will be completely gassed by the middle of the third quarter.

Sorry, i am not a jones lover and defender like you. Until Jones proves he belongs in this league i have a hard time respecting him, and want him gone.
probably think giving up 9 pts and letting commanders have the ball all half is good defense.
Interestingly, we probably would have signed up for allowing nine points at halftime.
It's just that now we're so gassed that we're going to have to start going for it on 4th down in the second half just to keep our defense off the field.
I know the game is played between the 20’s and it’s more about red zone and hopefully turnovers but this in not Giants Defensive football.
I’m getting Rod Rust read and react flashbacks and hope it’s only an early season , working out the new scheme type of thing but I’m not holding my breath.
That said, I really like the rookies Phillips and Nubin. I think Schoen hit on two really good players and I want yo see Phillips on the field more.

The deciding factor in this game will be if Daniel Jones is a better than a rookie in his second game of his pro career.
