Washington receivers were wide open every play. If they didn't consistently shoot themselves in the foot every trip to the red zone, we would have gotten blown out.
In three offseasons, Schoen still hasn't found a credible run defender to put next to Lawrence, who he inherited. His player personnel decisions overall have been poor IMO.
Daboll didn't activate the PS kicker despite knowing that Gano was already hurt. Designed runs with an injury riddled QB like Jones were also a mistake. Also, too many runs to Singletary straight into the line. None around the end from what I saw, and not enough screens.
Jones executed well what he was required to do, but from what I saw, he was rarely going through multiple reads.
Nabers was great. The drop was unfortunate, but as I said on the game thread, he likely took his eyes off the ball for a split second to make sure his feet were in bounds. We're not even in the game without him.
I’m kind of shocked that some of you still care so much.

7 yard cushion over and over again, made it way too easy on a rookie QB in his 2nd start.
Rinse and repeat
Fuck ‘em
Amateur hour.
Rest of the season is just background noise.
Rest of the season is just background noise.
Gonna get REALLY ugly before it is over.
Nantes is a stud. Will help immensely with our new QB next year.
Bush league shit. Incompetence.
Rest of the season is just background noise.
i hope so.
but i doubt it.
mara will take any silver linings from DJ and Nabers.
Sucks that Nabers dropped it because anything that overshadows the pathetic defense today is unjust.
Though I did think that penalty on Phillips was bullshit. That was a stop otherwise.
They should've won that game.

Anyone saying Jones played well is foolish. He looked down virtually every throw as usual. He's a poor NFL QB.
The defense though? One of the more toothless efforts, top to bottom. Where to even start?
Oh, 3rd and long failures. Or do we start with pathetic run defense?
#1 pick in the draft, here we come.

They actually had one, but the refs called holding on Phillips when he got blocked to the ground by a TE.
Mgt 101.
How can you not bring a K, its malpractice
