Going into the season we all agreed it was important for them to get off to a good start, being at worst 1-1 after 2. Sitting at 0-2 and the schedule toughening up do you see a Giant rebound or do they continue on the path to the dark side?
I'd prefer it to be 0-10 because like Connor said 5 to 6 wins may be enough ro keep status quo. So the Giants luck, they'll be 5-12 and say, "well, we fixed the OL. Now we just need to fix the defense." Rinse and repeat.
The Giants may very well be 0-9 going into that game. With Bryce Young starting for the Panthers, this was a sure win for the Giants. With Andy Dalton starting now, though, I am not so sure. But if I had to guess, I think the Giants win in a close game. So 1-9 at the bye.
Either way, the GM and Coach should be dismissed as soon as that game ends.
This team has too many issues with coaching decisions, game management, QB play, special teams blunders, poor tackling, and generally not being prepared.
That being said, they should find a way to beat Washington at home or the Panthers. With Dalton replacing Bryce Young that Panthers game will be much tougher though.
Football is a marathon and we are right back into the thick of things if we beat the Browns. If we lose a tight game again well it just builds the "losers" momentum and it could get ugly. But I believe we will play well and eek out a win as the defense comes together.
Bank it...
3-7, not 3-6.
Cowboys @ Giants
Giants @ Seahawks
Bengals @ Giants
Eagles @ Giants
Giants @ Steelers
Commanders @ Giants
Giants @ Panthers
I will leave the predictions to our Inside BBI Podcast. But look at other teams schedules:
Dallas- Ravens, @Giants, @Pitt, Lions, @SF, @Atl, Eagles
Philly- @NO, @TB, Cleve, @NYG, @Cin, Jags, @Dal
The NFC East could very easily be won by a team with a 9-8 record this year..
Cowboys @ Giants - loss
Giants @ Seahawks - loss
Bengals @ Giants - loss
Eagles @ Giants - loss
Giants @ Steelers - loss
Commanders @ Giants - win
Giants @ Panthers - win
Either way, the GM and Coach should be dismissed as soon as that game ends.

Maybe he'll even play well enough for you to finally spell his name correctly.
Quote:
I think Nabors starts to impose his will on the league. Jones has to get him the ball and then take advatage when he is double teamed.

If the Giants aren't at least 2-8 at the bye, Mara should leave Daboll in Germany.

That's mean.
are we having fun yet trying to specify futility? Or, as Eric has said on the pod 'WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING!'
"Throw out the first two games and the Giants are only 3-5!"
We've got people still talking about competing for the division. Jesus Christ.
2-8
But we should beat Washington and Carolina. And I think Philly could go sideways again after another collapse in the 4th quarter on MNF.
I'll say 3-7.
Best case: 5-5; worst case: 1-9.
Losses: Dallas, Eagles, Seattle
