...then they realized why he gave himself up. It was exactly the right play, and it reflected the situational awareness that was always an unfortunate hole in Barkley's game.
this game has a sort of similar feel to the titans win in 2022. got bailed out sort of like how the titals rookie returner fumbled and kicker missed, but end of day beat a well coached team on the road. something to build on.
nabers is a stud. burns is a stud. welcome back azeez. secondary needs to step up.
Great game, they showed me something I didn't think they had.

Eh, this is a split decision. You go up 28-15 with 2 minutes plus to play. It's splitting hairs.
The announcers (who are neutral) say “Daniel Jones did a great Job!”. If you read the BBI game thread the nay sayers trying to be right saying he played like a piece of crap. It’s hilarious.
Defensive performance today. Seemed like the Giants took their foot off the gas after Singletary fumbled. I don't know why they went away from the screens?

He had a good first half. He needs to play like that for a full game.
More than anything, Bowen going aggressive is a good sign. After last week I was really afraid of how much grass he had them ceding and how passive we were.

Look...he played well. But that inexcusable throw from his end zone leaves a LOT of questions

He put the ball with pressure in his face to a place Robinson could catch it and they blamed him
Very good first half by the offense. They still need to find some way to challenge defenses vertically. When Ward started covering Nabers this offense struggled in the second half.
Nabers is a stud. Oline looked good. Singeltary needs to stop fumbling.
Kudos to the D and Bowen for exploiting and dominating the Cleveland OL.
Watson has really become a shell of himself. If anyone deserves bad karma, it's him. And the Cleveland ownership for signing him.
Nice game for Jones, especially the first half where he got very hot. It's like he got a second wind from the disastrous INT that was overturned by the roughing call on Newsome. That may have saved his season if Cleveland scored. Just a huge momentum swing.
feelings. Aside from the opening play, the first half was a dominant performance. The offense and defense were killing it.
But the offense basically did nothing in the second half. Couldn't move the ball at all. Jones missed some throws to Nabers and Robinson that would have produced a TD or extended a drive. Singletary fumbled. The defense also missed a lot of tackles in the second half.
Daboll's decision to run Singletary into the LOS on first and second down after the Browns fumble nearly cost us the game. We just signed Joseph off the street. Asking him to make a 48 yard FG was unnecessary. As someone on the game thread said, a screen would have been a good safe play in that situation.
Too many penalties, especially offsides.
Felt overall like we kept an overmatched Browns team in the game when we should have ended it by the middle of the third quarter.
While I didn't like the offensive game plan the last quarter and a half, they moved the ball through the air efficiently beforehand. Jones was high on several passes, but overall played well. Defense was great for most the game too. Some blown coverages at the end, but hard to complain. Here's to hoping the first half team shows up against the cowboys
They also spared the defense another two-minute drive, and the attendant risk of injury and fatigue, with a huge Thursday game upcoming.
Sure, a touchdown probably puts the game out of reach. But sliding also rewards the defense for winning the game when the offense was sputtering.
The staff probably instructed the offense to go down if they got a first down. I doubt anyone envisioned having to make that decision at the 1 yard line, but it was still a good decision.
is you thinking that was a good throw to an open Robinson. After missing a wide open Nabers with room to run. Be honest. Play well in the first half, inept in the clutch.
Good to see the NYG outcoach a team…
Also the first time in a while
Happy we won though

Whether or not its false will be decided by Dallas in a few days.
Yes.. I agree ! :)
Go beat Dallas now otherwise it's just more of the same.
BOOOOM!
Nabers is going to receive a ton of defensive attention, we’ll need to emphasize more Wan’Dale in the future.
Defense played great.
Props to the D for standing tall when it mattered.
Did Daboll forget how to call a screen pass in the second half?
3 times 40 = 2 minutes
Anyone questioning it is wrong
Vilma was basically rooting for the Browns
they had the win with their backup OL out there.
offense couldnt do anything to sustain a drive in the 2nd half to help the D.
K couldnt make a FG.
P couldnt pin them once.
Plus, Bowen mostly called a good one. Lot of funky looks had Watson confused
He had a good first half. He needs to play like that for a full game.
A road win in the dawg pound is a great thing.
Time for more kicker auditions.
Look...he played well. But that inexcusable throw from his end zone leaves a LOT of questions
The team has gotten better every week

lucky with the roughing and the dropped pick.

BAHAHA shut up and go away
Vilma was basically rooting for the Browns
LOL you are hearing things bruh. Give me one example of how he "rooted" for the Browns. Just one. I'll wait.
K couldnt make a basic 47 yarder
Gray is not a PR nad hes not a PR, stop shoehorning him holy shit.
its costing them a lot.
Yep, but all will be forgiven or exorcised in 4 days
