but not the way they won. This game should’ve been put away earlier. A lot of mistakes, both coaching wise and on Jones. This team was very lucky to win. If Tillman catches the ball, the team has an opportunity to march it down.
I'll take it and if Dallas loses today to the Ravens and I do believe they will lose, well, we have an opportunity to put a fork in them on Thursday night football in our house and get to .500 doing it.
The Eagles defense really showed up today and they are as of today the NFC East's best team.
There was nothing "lucky" about it. The Browns were never putting together an 80 yard drive. If we played 9 more quarters they wouldn't have done that...

No way Giants are going to put a fork in Dallas even if they win on Thurs while Dallas also loses today.
in the second half, we still could have put more on the board. Fumble by Singletary and untimely drops from Wandale and Nabers killed some momentum (not to take anything from the greatness that is Malik Nabers). We definitely should have put up more points but I think lack of execution is as big a reason as playcalling.
I get it...Daboll needs to figure out why we aren't starting off at
least decent. I can't blame him for going more conservative (although I would have liked to see more of the screen and short passing game) because your D was dominant and the Browns became the walking wounded on O. People are acting like this game was closer than it was, which is surprising because this site is old ..it's almost like the NFL or old has been forgotten. Plus the NFL of 2024 isn't the NFL or 2019 you take a look around the league.
Reality is Thursday is a regime defining game now.....LFG. I'm curious if they move forward with Joseph's because Cowboys dude is unreal...but the norm is 50 is the new 40.
Look if you don't want a Giants win

A fork? Cowboys slice the Giants into thin strips whenever they meet.
Daboll took the foot off the gas with play calling in the second half.
He did. Jones was sharp in the 1st half. Disappeared in the 2nd half, but the play calling was very, very conservative.
The Browns put Ward on Malik and suddenly the Giants first option was covered a lot of the time. You put Jones in the pocket trying to identify the open receiver and you have plays like the jump ball he threw up deep in NYG territory. Daboll had to be conservative.

What drops? Ypu mean the two shitty passes by Jones in the clutch. Get a new eyeglass prescription.

Yup.
I can understand the allure of an "over abundance of caution", but this was a flash back to losing seasons decades ago when the team tried too hard to protect a win.

Yeah okay bro. hitting dudes in the hands = shitty passes. How about catch a pass in a key spot that's not quite perfect (Wandale).

I was saying that the whole second half and I don’t get it

That’s exactly how I felt. I still feel they where lucky that they came out of this with the win.
You're crazy
Eff you, miserable idiot.

Seriously. This could be s game that turns their season around and shows them what could be!
A lot of assholes on this board.
