burns and lawrence leading the way not a surprise, but nice to see DJD and Chatman both grade out this well.
36 pressures as a team put watson under pressure on 44% of his plays and he was just 3 for 12 for 33 yards on those 21 drop backs.
3 stops from cordale flott and 4 from mcfadden.
pinnock and nubin looking like a solid combo at safety.
okereke a little disappointing in his grade, eye test he has not been nearly as active as he seemed last year.
need more out of banks, belton, thibs.
i think there's some argument 2nd might be too low. banks needs to learn how to play the ball or at least better disrupt at the catch point. that was a real bad game for him.
he's in a pass rushing role (18/21 snaps) but it's interesting how many more pass rush snaps nacho had than him (+10 at 31).
He's got ability but he's one of the worst tacklers I've ever seen.

His ability to read the play and get to the right spot is very impressive. He is just below average when he gets there.
Appreciate if you can post the O side if you have them.

here you go, not as much notable. runyan did great in pass pro but not great in run game. thomas exactly opposite. nabers and wandale did really good, not as much anyone else. i think there is something distorting jones' rating, this grade is lower than minnesota week 1 which makes no sense.

Hope the D can build of it. Browns have had some really good OL's and running games over the last few years but yesterday they were both poor. Watson is way off. Hopefully it is the D making improvements by I am skeptical for now.

Based on a tweet I saw, his low rating was due to having 0 big-time throws.
Interesting that EPA had him top ten by contrast. The truth is somewhere in the middle.

he had 0 big time throws against washington and his grade was a lot higher.
Sure if you only look at a game thru a spreadsheet.
can’t beat an OT 1:1, can’t set or hold an edge, no effective pass rush moves.

for Thibodeaux, which is really worrisome.

Yeah. Actually watching, Thibs played a strong game; he joins Jones in the puzzling grade department. I think Banks is too low. CBs will give up some plays to great WRs. He surely left some plays out there but he wasn't nearly bad at all, and certainly not the way his gtade looks.
Chatman is the freak he was advertised. On one of the short yardage runs he single handedly pulled the RB and everyone pushing backwards. On the Burns strip he punced on the ball with the speed of a DB. He literally chased down Deshaun Watson from behind. He's an exciting player. I see a bright future.

Uh huh.
