Q: Dexter, the rush defense was something you could hang your hat on tonight, because once again, I thought you were effective in limiting their ground game, correct?

A: We did good in stopping the run, but we just ...

Q: Even on their [Dallas'] last possession, to get the ball back, they had to miss a 53-yard field goal and you kept them in long field-goal range to give your offense another chance.

A: Yes, that's what you have to do in that situation. We came out in bigger personnel to match them and we out-physicaled them on that drive and we just have to do better throughout the game.

Q: Prescott tonight [Cowboys QB Dak Prescott] threw a lot of dinks and dunks and a lot of short passes, how difficult was it to be able to contain him as compared to maybe some other times you have played against him?

A: I mean, like you said, he just did a good job of getting the ball out of his hand. We have to do better as a front of getting our hands up and affecting some of those passes.

Q: This is now seven-straight losses to them [the Dallas Cowboys], do you get a little tired of losing to these same guys over and over?

A: Every loss hurts. I'm pissed, but we just have to find a way to play better as a group. I think that is the biggest thing that we have to play better as a group.

Q: Can you feel good about how you guys went toe to toe with them tonight in spite of the result?

A: No. No. I'm not getting no petty wins. Whoever won on the scoreboard, that's the game. I don't give a damn about a petty win. That's football. We come out here to score points to win and stop them on defense. We didn't do that and they beat us.
