at least 2-3 occasions, I saw him looking like he was on roller skates trying to tackle the ball carrier. Looked like an extra almost 5 yards each time

Could the positional coach's opinion

be the reason he is getting snaps?

It's time to honestly evaluate the coaching abitity of the position coaches.

They could be better upfront

Outside of Dex. But I’m not looking at Davidson as the reason they lost the game. He’s an end of rotation DL who is forced into playing more snaps due to the teams lack of depth.

getting pushed back on contact from running backs who aren't Derrick Henry is quite embarrassing. All our DT's other than Dex are not even NFL players

there isn't. NYG did not do a great job adding DL talent during the offseason. Upgrades aren't sitting home on the couch.

If I saw it correctly, a RB knocked him flat on his ass. The best excuse I can come with is that he was off balance at the time.
