Am I crazy is he not very good? 3rd best QB in the NFC East and he's a lot closer to #4 than he is #2. 2022 was a fluke year where he had one of the best O-lines in the league, top 5 skill players, and a top 5 defense that got him the ball back. Maybe Howie Roseman does not walk on water afterall.
But doesn't he make significantly more than Jones? And honestly, I'm a lot more confident in the Giants replacing Jones soon than the Eagles replacing Hurts.
So he's Daniel Jones in 2023? He sure got a lot of sympathy from fans and the media.
Top WR's being All Pro or at the very least Pro Bowlers. The starting RT is also an annual All Pro guy.
And saquon missing blitzes that result in sacks and fumbles. Some things never change.

The entire team looked like crap. Awful throws by Hurts and drops by receivers. The defense couldn't tackle most of the day.

How do you see all this playing out? Is Sirianni looking at a mid season firing?
He is not bad, just vastly overrated because of where he was.

The seat is certainly red hot, and Howie continues to be Teflon for whatever reason. I can’t see a mid-season dismissal though as it would be admitting they should have fired him after last season. Which they should have.
He is not very good, and now is being exposed without weapons and the OL not playing as well. He doesn’t look much better than Jones now that he is in a similar situation as Jones was (but a better OL). He’s even handing it off to Barkley and throwing to Paris Campbell and John Ross.
I was going to start a thread about this. They do look just like the Giants with Saquon—who I was a big fan of. He is great and helps with some wins and has some exciting plays that make you think he is elevating the team but something is just off.

And they already lost a game because he dropped a pass in his hands that could have sealed it. Again, some things never change.
Eagles post-game show threw him under the bus big time. Looks like he is or already has lost the team.
Sirianni is definitely on the hot seat. I just wonder how long before Philly makes a switch. There is clearly something wrong in that locker room, they are too talented to be struggling this much.
If he's not careful the Eagles will be lapped will be lapped by the Commanders (unfortunately not by the Giants at this rate).
