No problem with Schoen and Daboll. I would have a problem with bringing Jones back.
Jones is not staying unless they draft a QB. I still think(and you do too) that he is a severe limit on the offense.
I think they will draft a QB that fits Daboll's desired offense.

Not just the rookies they’ve brought in, but the vet players too.
Burns has two huge sacks and IMO we are seeing Dex get sacks because the edge rushers are doing a good job of forcing QB’s to step up into the absolute destruction #97 does to the interior almost every play.
Eluemunor, Runyan, and GVR have helped not only solidify the OL, but turn it into a strength.
And also, the coaches they brought in. I’ve been really impressed with Bowen these last 3 games. And Bricillo - enough can’t be said about the job he’s done so far.
It feels good to win!

The Giants right now are 2-3 and still 2 games behind in the division. Its way early for pats on the back for a group that is 8-14 in the last 2 seasons and 10–19-1 after a 7-2 start.

Recognizing young talent and celebrating a good road win is not a victory lap. There’s a thin line between 6-11 and 11-6; it’s nice to see contributions from the young bucks on the team. If we can’t enjoy a good win, might as well stop rooting for the team. Not everyone is out on Schoen and/or Daboll, this is year 3 - let it play out and then we’ll make our arguments for and against these guys.

Terps, that is bullshit. The statement is exactly how I felt today, we added solid players in the draft. Out best players made plays later. I get it. You want 17 losses and somehow to force Nara to sell.
This is about now.
The Giants went into the most hostile stadium in football and beat a 3-1 Seahawk team.
The offense, defense, and special teams all played well.
I hope that the young Giant team can build on this win.
The NFC East is there for the taking.

Fact is, the team played as close to perfect a game today in all 3 phases as you'll see in the NFL, against a very good team. Only a subjective fraction of an inch spotted a TD so the outcome was closer than it should have.
Whatever criticisms of Jones, Daboll, Schoen etc. - even valid ones - have no place this week. This game was a masterpiece and went eons closer to proving their chops and vision.
You want to enjoy the win, go ahead. No one's stopping you.
But it's a sugar high. You want to enjoy sugar highs, that's fine. What you and I think isn't particularly important.
The problem is that ownership has never been able to distinguish between a sugar high and actual protein.

I've been here since 03, he's one of the fucking worst. Legit argued with an insider who no longer posts here out of frustration.
Also I got torched last week for saying that Schoen has improved the roster. then this article comes out and validates everything I said, dude questioned my logic
you can tell he never played a sport.
What Schoen did right was fix the Oline pre draft. And target explosive guys with stand out traits.
the fact that so many guys play so many snaps already indicate how behind we were in talent last year.

Go root for the Jets ya handjob. Organization has flaws but the league is razor thin between great team and hot garbage. We are not that far off. If you want a total reboot you are the problem.
