The OL has been very mediocre. Thomas has been outright bad.
Aside from one bad play, the defense has been excellent. And that was really a terrible defensive alignment decision by Bowen on third and 18.
Where is Johnson? The Bengals are playing two high. That should open up some underneath routes for Johnson and Bellinger.
And are not blitzing The Giants need to get the run going it will open up down field even if it means to run Jones more.
They’ve bottled up the inside running lanes and we’re not blocking very well inside. Get the ball outside the tackles.
Inside or outside, the Giants need to establish a running game. Even if the run game is predictable. They aren't beating this look by going gun and relying on Jones. We've seen enough to know that is not a winning formula.
